These terms govern purchases made in this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.

2. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Photos are for guidance: there may be slight differences in colour or size due to your screen or manufacturing, which do not affect their use.

3. Prices and offers

Prices are shown in the currency you select in the store. The total price, including shipping and any optional services you add, is always shown before you pay. Quantity discounts are applied automatically in the cart. Offers are valid while they are advertised in the store.

4. Ordering

The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if we detect an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock; in that case we will refund everything you paid.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways; we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping

7. Returns and guarantee

You have 30 days to return your order, plus the legal guarantee of conformity. All details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

We are liable for our products as required by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example carrier strikes, weather events or customs checks), without prejudice to your right to cancel the order if the delay is significant.

The texts, images, logos and design of this store belong to XmasVibe or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints and governing law

If you have any problem, email us at holasoportee00@gmail.com and we will reply within 48 business hours. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence and benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. You may also contact the consumer authorities of your country.

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it is placed.
